Electricity: is supplied by £1 coin meter (set at normal domestic rate) = £1-2 per day

depending on guests usage for: lighting; cooking; hot water & additional heating.  Two

night storage heaters provide warmth in the apartment & this electric cost IS included in the tariff for the comfort of guests, particularly in the early/late seasons

 

Bed linen/towels:  Beds are supplied with clean pillows; under blankets; duvet; blankets (if required)   The linen is provided and the beds made.  

Towels are NOT included in the price - but they may be hired @ £4 per set of 2, per person. (They are not for beach use). Please order on the booking form or in advance of the holiday.

 

Dogs: guests are welcome to bring their well behaved pet with them - Apart from during the summer school holiday period when our policy is NOT to allow pets simply due to the

numbers of visitors to the area.   A surcharge of £10 per week is made - please notify us

on booking if you wish to bring your pet with you & note that they must not be left in or out

of the accommodation unattended, or allowed onto the furniture - Thank you.
